As a problem-solver at heart, I've always questioned conventional wisdom about what's 'too complex' to fix. While others saw overwhelm in the uniqueness of each family's toy challenges, I saw an opportunity to break down this seemingly insurmountable problem into manageable pieces.
My journey took me through academia, earning a PhD with the hope of tackling big challenges in child development. But I discovered that groundbreaking research often stays trapped in academic circles, taking decades to reach the families who need it most. Instead of climbing the academic ladder, I chose a different path – bringing solutions directly to families.
I've spent years refining a systematic approach to toy selection and play spaces, bridging the gap between research and real-world family needs. Now, ToyScope represents this vision in action: making expert knowledge accessible, practical, and immediately useful for families.
