For in-person delivery, any location more than 20 miles from Liverpool will incur additional travel costs, which will be specified in our proposal.
5.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked training service:
Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled date: Full refund or free rescheduling
Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date: 30% of the fee will be retained to cover preparation costs, with the remainder refunded
We reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances (such as illness or emergency), providing as much notice as possible
6. Consulting Services
6.1 Service Description
Our consulting services for toy manufacturers and designers include product analysis, child development research, and expert guidance. These services are provided on an hourly basis, with specific deliverables agreed upon in writing before the service commences.
6.2 Engagement and Payment

In-person meetings (subject to the same travel conditions as training services)
6.4 Intellectual Property
