5.1 Service Description

5.2 Booking and Payment

To book our training services:

• Contact us to discuss your requirements
• We will provide a written proposal outlining the services, fees, and delivery details
• Full payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer
• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received

5.3 Delivery

Training services may be delivered:

• Remotely via video conferencing
• In person at your location

For in-person delivery, any location more than 20 miles from Liverpool will incur additional travel costs, which will be specified in our proposal.

5.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked training service:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled date: Full refund or free rescheduling
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date: 30% of the fee will be retained to cover preparation costs, with the remainder refunded
• We reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances (such as illness or emergency), providing as much notice as possible

6. Consulting Services

6.1 Service Description

Our consulting services for toy manufacturers and designers include product analysis, child development research, and expert guidance. These services are provided on an hourly basis, with specific deliverables agreed upon in writing before the service commences.

6.2 Engagement and Payment

To engage our consulting services:

• Contact us to discuss your requirements
• We will provide a written proposal outlining the scope, hourly rate, estimated hours, and deliverables
• Full payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer
• For ongoing engagements, payment terms will be specified in our written agreement

6.3 Delivery

Consulting services will be delivered in the manner agreed in our written agreement, which may include:

• Remote consultations
• Written reports and analyses
• In-person meetings (subject to the same travel conditions as training services)

6.4 Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

• We retain ownership of all intellectual property in materials created during consulting services
• You receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purpose specified in our agreement
• You retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property you provide to us

6.5 Cancellation

The same cancellation terms apply as for Training Services (Section 5.4).

7. Client Materials and Testimonials

If you provide us with materials, testimonials, or feedback:

• You grant us permission to use them for marketing and promotional purposes
• We will only use client logos or testimonials if explicit permission has been given
• You can withdraw permission at any time by contacting us in writing
• We will remove client materials within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Professional Advice

While we provide professional guidance based on expertise in toy selection and child development, our Content and Services should not be considered as:

• Medical advice
• Therapeutic intervention
• Legal guidance
• A substitute for consultation with healthcare professionals

8.2 Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to our website, Content, or Services
